Role Overview
The Process Excellence role works with operational leadership to develop continuous improvement strategies.
The role generates ad hoc analyses and performs operational impact assessments.
Essential Functions
- Extract and analyze data using business analytics tools and data extracts.
- Translate business problems into analytical problems and determine data needs.
- Collect, interpret, and clean data for analysis.
- Produce insights using analytical and data modeling techniques and interpret results in business context.
- Present analyses and results to business stakeholders and generate BI reports.
- Share insights, analytical assessments, and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify strategies for implementing recommendations.
- Implement recommendations and monitor progress across assigned projects.
- Prepare and present updates to senior management.
- Develop and prioritize recommendations to achieve goals.
Qualifications
- Full-time bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, science, accounting, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience delivering operational process improvements or initiatives.
- Professional certification related to process design and improvement, such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Analysis, or Business Analysis.
