Responsibilities
- Define and own the DevSecOps capability roadmap aligned with enterprise digital, cloud, and security strategies
- Drive the evolution of CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, tooling, and platform capabilities across Adobe web platforms and mobile applications
- Ensure seamless alignment with architecture, security, and product roadmaps, balancing scalability, delivery velocity, and risk
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to embed DevSecOps across the end to end product lifecycle
- Lead the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of modern development environments and platforms
- Lead a distributed team embedded within product squads to deliver secure, automated, and scalable solutions
Requirements
- Degree qualified
- Minimum 7 years experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering
- Strong background across Adobe platforms and mobile CI/CD pipelines
- Hands on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers, and automation tooling
- Proven ability to lead distributed and platform engineering teams
- Advanced knowledge of Angular frameworks, web applications, and UI/UX principles

About The Role
- Ready to lead the charge in building secure, scalable platforms at speed, and without compromise?
- This pivotal role would have capability across digital platforms, including Adobe based web platforms and native mobile applications (iOS & Android).
- You’ll define the strategy, standards, and tooling all while leading a distributed team embedded within product squads to deliver secure, automated, and scalable solutions aligned to enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities

About You

- Proven ability to lead distributed and platform engineering teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Angular frameworks, web applications, and UI/UX principles.
