Commercial Office Development supports the planning and execution of an office development portfolio.
The role provides market insights, commercial analysis, and development recommendations.
The position combines market research, business analysis, stakeholder coordination, and project support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support office portfolio, asset, and product strategies aligned with market demand and business objectives.
- Conduct market research, benchmarking, competitor reviews, and occupier demand analysis.
- Prepare business cases, commercial assessments, strategic recommendations, and management presentations.
- Analyze office market trends, opportunities, and risks to support decision-making.
- Support office product definition, tenant positioning, and customer value propositions.
- Identify target occupiers, strategic partners, and office-sector demand drivers.
- Collaborate with Development, Design, Delivery, Leasing, and Operations teams.
- Support project phasing, prioritization, and commercial evaluation across the office portfolio.
- Coordinate external consultant and advisor inputs for studies and recommendations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and commercial analyses for stakeholders.
- Support stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in real estate development, management consulting, commercial strategy, investment analysis, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of office real estate markets, occupier requirements, development economics, and commercial feasibility.
- Experience conducting market analysis, business planning, and commercial assessments.
- Ability to interpret market data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing consultant outputs in a fast-paced development environment.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, Excel, PowerPoint, and business case preparation.
