Role overview

Employment and work model

• The position is permanent and full-time at 37.5 hours per week.
• The role uses a hybrid flexible work model and may require occasional travel throughout the province.

Compensation

• The annual salary range is CAD 109,700 to CAD 138,700.

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately 25 employees responsible for distribution drafting and drawing management services.
• Maintain drafting standards, drawing controls, workflows, performance metrics, and contract performance measures.
• Oversee overhead and underground distribution drafting and direct work for distribution design projects.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, operations, project delivery, IT, and field stakeholders.
• Support CADD, advanced design, modernization, AI, and business improvement initiatives.
• Manage employee performance, contingent resources, equipment, materials, and delivery quality.
