Industrial Projects Department
The Industrial Projects Department develops and manages industrial project business within a specified area.
The department builds customer relationships, responds to customer needs, generates reports, develops tailored solutions, and maintains efficient operations.
Its focus includes customer satisfaction, strategic planning, operational excellence, and business growth.
Job Summary
The Manager oversees daily Industrial Projects operations, including cost approvals, vehicle placements, and cargo monitoring for timely project delivery.
The role coordinates carrier bookings, follows SRN and customer instructions, and provides real-time MMS updates.
Accurate CW1 invoicing and e-billing are critical to operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shipment files, shipping documentation, customer and consignee document collection, billing, and records.
- Coordinate industrial cargo bookings, vehicle placements, cargo monitoring, internal billing, and overseas DHL Network collaboration.
- Provide customer shipment and project updates, assist pricing, invoice customers, and verify vendor invoices.
