Consumer Banking Branch Management is responsible for all functions and staff of branch.
Accountable for maximizing branch revenues, sales, customer satisfaction, and minimizing operating losses.
Deploys resources to optimize individual and team performance.
Responsible for branch compliance with bank policies, procedures, and operational integrity.
Prioritizes, manages, and communicates promotional campaigns and product initiatives.
Conducts cold calls on prospective small business customers.
Maintains and develops relationships with existing customers.
Creates and manages to branch business plan.
Represents bank in local community organizations.
Other duties as assigned.
Supervises professional level employees (typically entry & experienced level) and may also supervisor some Support employees. Responsibilities typically include:
Setting goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results.
Problems faced may be difficult but typically are not complex.
Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Typically requires advanced knowledge and skills within assigned discipline & demonstrates understanding of the impact of work in the job function, generally gained through work experience
Typically requires 4+ years prior leadership experience, and demonstrates practical knowledge in managing and leading within a job area
