About the Role

Responsibilities
- Support rollout, governance, and continuous improvement of the Code of Conduct and associated ethics and compliance policies
- Manage policy lifecycle activities including drafting, stakeholder consultation, approvals, version control, and communication
- Oversee annual and ad hoc Conflict of Interest and Gifts & Hospitality declaration processes
- Develop guidance materials, toolkits, and resources promoting ethical decision making
- Support execution of annual Ethics & Compliance communications, awareness, and engagement plan
- Coordinate and track Code of Conduct training, onboarding programs, and functional compliance learning initiatives
- Administer Speak Up platform and case intake process
- Conduct and support internal investigations in accordance with established protocols
- Support implementation of export controls, sanctions compliance, and third party due diligence processes
- Support compliance risk assessments and maintain compliance risk register
- Define and monitor compliance KPIs, dashboards, and programme maturity metrics
- Maintain and enhance compliance related digital platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, Compliance, Ethics, or related field
- Professional certification in Ethics & Compliance, Investigations, or Risk Management (e.g., CCEP, CFE, ICA)
- Minimum 6 years of experience in ethics & compliance, investigations, legal, governance, risk, or related functions within multinational organizations
- Knowledge of export controls and sanctions regulations (EAR, OFAC, UK, EU, UAE)
- Understanding of anti bribery and anti corruption laws (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, UAE legislation)
- Familiarity with ethics and compliance programme frameworks, compliance management systems, and corporate investigations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)

- The Manager, Ethics & Compliance plays a critical role in fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical decision making.
- Reporting to the Director, Ethics & Compliance, you will support the implementation and continuous enhancement of Core42’s Ethics & Compliance Programme.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the rollout, governance, and continuous improvement of the Core42 Code of Conduct and associated ethics and compliance policies and procedures.
- Manage policy lifecycle activities, including drafting, stakeholder consultation, approvals, version control, and communication.
- Oversee annual and ad hoc Conflict of Interest (COI) and Gifts & Hospitality (G&H) declaration processes, including digital workflows and register management.
- Review disclosures, support mitigation planning, and provide insights and trend analysis for governance reporting.
- Develop guidance materials, toolkits, and resources that promote ethical decision making across all levels of the organization.
- Support the execution of the annual Ethics & Compliance communications, awareness, and engagement plan.
- Coordinate and track Code of Conduct training, onboarding programs, and functional compliance learning initiatives.
- Support the Ethics & Compliance Liaison Programme through coordination, training delivery, toolkit development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Administer the Speak Up platform and case intake process, ensuring timely, fair, and confidential handling of reports.
- Conduct and support internal investigations in accordance with established protocols and maintain high quality case documentation.
- Coordinate case management activities, including action tracking, remediation, and closure processes.
- Analyze investigation trends and root causes to identify opportunities for policy, control, and training enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Risk Management, Compliance, Ethics, or a related field. A legal qualification is an advantage.
- Professional certification in Ethics & Compliance, Investigations, or Risk Management, such as CCEP, CFE, ICA, or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in ethics & compliance, investigations, legal, governance, risk, or related functions within multinational organizations.
- Knowledge of export controls and sanctions regulations, including EAR, OFAC, UK, EU, and UAE frameworks.
- Understanding of anti bribery and anti corruption laws and regulations, including the FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and UAE legislation.
- Familiarity with ethics and compliance programme frameworks, compliance management systems, corporate investigations, and governance best practices.
- Experience supporting compliance risk assessments, programme implementation, and policy management.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and experience using compliance management and screening tools.
