Manager - Communications
You will proactively shape creative communications strategies to showcase McKinsey’s knowledge and assets, maintain the firm’s reputation, and bring campaigns to life in the MEO.
Your Impact
- Proactively shape creative communications strategies to showcase McKinsey’s knowledge and assets, maintain the firm’s reputation, and bring campaigns to life.
- Lead the planning and execution of flagship events, roundtables, and partner dinners.
- Manage sponsorship negotiations and speaking opportunities.
- Support practice-specific events in collaboration with client activation teams.
- Oversee event vendors as needed and drive post-event amplification in partnership with the Digital Lead.
- Ensure firm themes are seamlessly integrated into the overall branding and narrative.
- Drive high-quality writing and editing by leading/enabling teams to develop clear, structured, and engaging written communications.
- Manage the firm’s reputational risk by mapping strengths/weaknesses and handling opportunities/threats.
- Conduct strategic assessments to support execution and prioritization of communication campaigns and events.
- Establish high-quality and consistent branding across communications platforms and channels.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or work experience required.
