Role overview
Provide secretarial and administrative support to firm leadership and work with the consultancy office in India.
The role requires discretion, flexibility, proactive support, and sound judgment in a high-pressure environment.
Your impact
- Plan and manage calendars, update daily appointments, and make decisions when direct instructions are unavailable.
- Handle complex itineraries, assess conflicts and risks, and adjust plans to protect priorities.
- Anticipate and coordinate seamless travel arrangements involving air and train tickets, hotels, cars, passports, visas, foreign exchange, and international credit cards.
- File timesheets and expenses promptly while maintaining confidentiality.
- Build strong working relationships within the firm and with client offices.
- Provide backup support for colleagues and participate in team, office, and firm events or meetings.
- Manage administrative matters for firm leadership and provide secretarial and administrative support.
Qualifications and skills
- 2–10 years of relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to plan and execute major meetings and conferences across international time zones and cultures.
- Professional phone and executive presence with accurate message-taking skills.
