Manager, Client Billing

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com).

7-10+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Contract Administration, Billing, Accounts Receivable, or related finance operations.

Proven experience managing and developing teams in a shared services or global environment.

Strong understanding of contract management, billing processes, revenue controls, and cash flow management.

Experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably NetSuite and Salesforce.

Demonstrated ability to drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European or Asian language skills are an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive performance improvements, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
