As an Azure & Microsoft Expert Engineer, you will act as a subject‑matter expert in the design, deployment, optimization, and operation of enterprise‑grade Azure and Microsoft infrastructure solutions. You will lead complex engineering initiatives, applying deep technical expertise to architect cloud environments, enhance Microsoft server infrastructures, and implement robust security, observability, and automation frameworks. You will work independently on high‑complexity topics, collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, and contribute innovative solutions that impact operational, project, and service objectives

- 7–10+ years of experience in Azure and Microsoft infrastructure engineering, with strong hands‑on expertise designing and operating large‑scale cloud and server environments.

- Demonstrated expertise in Azure compute, networking, storage, landing zone architecture, hybrid connectivity, observability, and DR/BCP strategies.

- Strong experience with Microsoft infrastructure services (Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, clustering), excluding IAM‑related components.

- experience in Vmware (AVS, Vcenter and vRA).

- Proven experience implementing security solutions using Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and Sentinel (non‑IAM scope).

- Advanced proficiency in automation using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Bicep, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.

- Experience building monitoring dashboards using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, and/or Grafana.

- Ability to lead complex technical initiatives, perform deep root‑cause analysis, and deliver innovative solutions to address operational and architectural challenges.

- Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations in high‑complexity environments, consistent with TP4 seniority requirements

- Experience operating within ITIL‑aligned environments (Incident/Problem/Change Management).
