- Oversee sales orders and negotiate terms and conditions
- Monitor sales process quality and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, Food Safety, and Environment requirements
Requirements
- Experience in sales and business development within the packaging industry
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of ISO and QHSE standards

Functional Responsibilities
- Contribute to business planning by assisting the Head of Department in developing sales strategies and plans consistent with organizational objectives for packaging.
- Liaise with other teams across the organization (engineering, quality, supply chain, finance) to ensure sales strategies are integrated.
- Explore pricing and discount strategies to maximize volume and financial targets.
- Prepare sales forecast; establish targets in product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development.
- Oversee overall sales budget; monitor cost and effectiveness of sales activities.
- Manage and build strong business relationships with key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and recommend product development.
- Deliver presentations and hands on demonstrations of Precision products.
- Oversee all sales orders and negotiate terms and conditions of sales.
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
- Monitor accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market dynamics.
Compliance Requirements
- Ensure compliance to Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Environment requirements as specified in the global QHSE Management System.
- Ensure all records and documents are up to date, true & correct and have full traceability.
