Functional Responsibilities

  • Contribute to business planning by assisting the Head of Department in developing sales strategies and plans consistent with organizational objectives for packaging.
  • Liaise with other teams across the organization (engineering, quality, supply chain, finance) to ensure sales strategies are integrated.
  • Explore pricing and discount strategies to maximize volume and financial targets.
  • Prepare sales forecast; establish targets in product mix, sales volume, market share, or business development.
  • Oversee overall sales budget; monitor cost and effectiveness of sales activities.
  • Manage and build strong business relationships with key clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and recommend product development.
  • Deliver presentations and hands on demonstrations of Precision products.
  • Oversee all sales orders and negotiate terms and conditions of sales.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement.
  • Monitor accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market dynamics.

Compliance Requirements

  • Ensure compliance to Safety, Quality, Food Safety and Environment requirements as specified in the global QHSE Management System.
  • Ensure all records and documents are up to date, true & correct and have full traceability.
