Manager - Automation, Treasury Operations

Own production stability of automation solutions

Establish monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes

Ensure proper documentation, auditability, and compliance with enterprise controls

Partner with Treasury, IT, AI and Business teams

Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Influence senior stakeholders on automation and AI adoption

Build, mentor, and lead a team of automation developers, analysts, and AI specialists

Drive a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence

10–12 years of experience in Intelligent automation / RPA / AI solutions & Financial services, Treasury Operations, or Banking preferred

Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), API integrations & system architecture, AI/ML solutions (including exposure to LLMs / agentic AI frameworks)

Proven experience building and leading automation programs or CoEs, and delivering complex, enterprise-scale automation solutions

Strong understanding of Treasury operations, and Controls, audit, and risk considerations in financial environments
