Job Summary
- As Manager, Appraisal Relations, you will oversee the organization’s appraisal process to ensure fair, accurate, and timely performance assessments.
- This role involves coordinating and managing internal appraisers, maintaining scheduling efficiency, and ensuring the integrity of FCT’s appraisal systems to meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements within the Valuation product suite.
- You will address appraisal related issues, provide training and guidance to both internal and external appraisers, and ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and Appraisal Institute guidelines.
- In addition, you will analyze appraisal data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, contributing to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the performance management system.

Total Direct Compensation
- 129,600 158,500 CAD.
- The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable).
