Role Overview
The employer is seeking a Destination Management Specialist to develop, coordinate, and optimize destination experiences, travel services, tourism products, and local partnerships.
The role works with tourism operators, hotels, attractions, transportation providers, event partners, travel agencies, and internal teams to support high-quality destination experiences and sustainable tourism growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop destination management strategies, tourism programs, travel experiences, itineraries, packages, and destination products.
- Research destinations, tourism trends, visitor preferences, market demand, competitors, seasonal demand, and emerging travel opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitality, tourism, transportation, event, agency, and local partners.
- Coordinate services, activities, logistics, suppliers, timelines, and operational requirements.
- Negotiate supplier services, pricing, availability, and commercial agreements, and monitor provider performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales on campaigns, promotional initiatives, trade events, and tourism partnerships.
- Analyze customer feedback, visitor behavior, satisfaction, destination performance, and opportunities for improvement.
