Role Overview
O3 SHIFT Develop is seeking a data-driven, creative, and performance-focused Meta Ads Manager.
The role plans, executes, optimizes, and scales paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms to drive traffic, leads, conversions, acquisition, and business growth.
The role is described as full-time and mid-level to senior.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, set up, manage, and optimize campaigns, ad sets, audiences, placements, budgets, bids, and creative assets across Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct audience research, segmentation, targeting, retargeting, lookalike audience development, and funnel-based advertising.
- Monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, spend, pacing, and profitability.
- Conduct A/B testing across audiences, creatives, formats, messaging, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Develop acquisition, lead generation, remarketing, conversion, retention, launch, promotional, and market expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, content, marketing, sales, business development, web, analytics, and technical teams.
- Implement Meta Pixel, Conversions API, events, conversion tracking, and other measurement solutions.
- Develop reports, dashboards, campaign summaries, documentation, tracking structures, and optimization recommendations.
- Research competitors, industry trends, audience behavior, and emerging advertising opportunities.
