Learning Specialist

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital learning programs, courses, modules, learning journeys, storyboards, scripts, and instructional materials.
• Develop e-learning content, interactive modules, videos, presentations, assessments, simulations, and activities.
• Configure and maintain learning content in Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, learner-centered design, accessibility, and responsive learning principles.
• Monitor learner engagement, completion rates, assessment results, learning data, and program effectiveness.
• Manage project timelines, content reviews, testing, publishing, documentation, version control, and digital assets.
• Support onboarding, compliance, technical, leadership, and professional development programs.
• Research learning technologies, AI tools, automation, personalization, analytics, and digital education trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital learning, e-learning, instructional design, Learning and Development, training, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of instructional design, adult learning, learner engagement, and digital education.
• Experience developing e-learning courses, interactive content, training videos, assessments, or digital learning resources.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems and digital learning platforms.
• Familiarity with Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring platforms.
• Strong content development, writing, editing, visual communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, project management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with multimedia tools is advantageous.
• Digital accessibility and responsive learning design knowledge is preferred.
• Knowledge of SCORM, xAPI, LMS integrations, or learning technology standards is advantageous.
• A related bachelor's degree is preferred, and relevant learning certifications are advantageous.
