- Provide delivery support on discrete workstreams or manage smaller cases directly
- Develop the “answer” from initial hypothesis through refinement and validation
- Manage the case or workstream team on a day to day basis, delegating and planning workload whilst also providing coaching support
- Work independently with minimal need for support
- Handle day to day liaison with junior and mid level client counterparts
- Lead presentations confidently and engagingly when presenting output to the client
- Support with business development activities
- Build on client relationships and actively coach junior team members
Requirements
- 3 5 years’ relevant work experience ideally within a Strategy or Management Consulting environment
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any degree discipline
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Highly logical and numerate
- Evidence of teamwork, leadership, and ambition
- Capable of operating in a fast paced environment
- Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail
- Fluency in Arabic is an advantage

Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic is an advantage
- 3 5 years’ relevant work experience ideally within a Strategy or Management Consulting environment (other relevant fields may also be considered)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any degree discipline
- Excellent analytical skills, and an entrepreneurial attitude
- Excellent in verbal and written communications
- Highly logical and numerate
- Evidence of teamwork, leadership, and ambition, alongside relevant work experience
- Capable of operating in a fast paced environment, with the ability to influence and challenge when needed
- Able to create an immediate, positive, and credible impression
- Strong work ethic with meticulous attention to detail
- Able to skilfully and confidently influence and negotiate while maintaining a positive relationship with all parties during difficult conversations
- Biased to action, proactively taking on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
