About the Role

Responsibilities
- Structure and lead smaller projects or significant workstreams within complex engagements
- Lead complex research and analysis programmes, generating insights and producing high quality written deliverables
- Develop evidence based recommendations from initial hypothesis through to validation with senior colleagues and clients
- Lead case teams on a day to day basis, including workload planning, delegating, coaching and performance development of junior colleagues
- Support Directors and Managing Directors in business development, including thought leadership, proposals, and pitches
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients, managing day to day communications and escalating issues
- Lead client presentations and workshops, communicating complex ideas to senior audiences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline
- 5 7 years of relevant experience in strategy or management consulting or related advisory environment
- Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and people development experience
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship building skills
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and build effective working relationships
- Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
- Fluency in Arabic (preferred)
- Experience with public sector, government or sovereign linked organisations (preferred)

The Management Consulting Team at Teneo

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
- 5 7 years' relevant experience in strategy or management consulting or related advisory environment.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills.
