- Structure and lead complex projects, working directly with a Managing Director.
- Demonstrate a strong consulting skill set, leading complex analytical programmes, generating insight driven recommendations, and producing high quality written deliverables.
- Develop recommendations from initial hypothesis through to refinement and validation with senior colleagues and clients.
- Lead case teams on a day to day basis, including workload planning, delegation, coaching and development of junior colleagues.
- Lead and support business development activities, including identifying opportunities, developing thought leadership, preparing proposals, and participating in client pitches.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Lead client presentations and workshops, communicating complex ideas clearly and effectively to senior audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
- 10+ years' relevant experience in a Strategy, Management Consulting or a related advisory environment.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex client engagements and major strategic programmes.
- Proven track record of leading consulting teams and delivering high quality client outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and relationship building skills.
- Experience developing and managing senior client relationships.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including coaching and developing junior colleagues.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
- Experience supporting business development activities, including proposal development, thought leadership and client pitches.

The Management Consulting Team at Teneo

Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.
