Management Analyst

• Education: BA/BS degree.
• Experience:
• Up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Supports senior staff and performs functional duties under oversight.

Clearance: Ability to obtain and/or maintain a federal clearance up to Top Secret/DOE Q clearance levels.

• Experience:
• Exposure to federal programs, preferably within DOE or other science/energy ‑ related agencies.
• Familiarity with grants, cooperative agreements, or Technical Assistance processes.
• Understanding of basic concepts related to critical minerals, energy technologies, manufacturing, or energy efficiency (coursework or internship experience acceptable).
• Experience working with states, Tribes, local governments, nonprofits, or universities on program or administrative tasks.
• Interest in R&D commercialization, emerging energy technologies, or public ‑ sector program operations.
• Experience supporting documentation development, process mapping, or workflow improvement.

• Environment: Work will be performed in a climate-controlled office, remotely or possibly on client sites as needed.
