About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly management accounts for multiple entities
- Assist with consolidated group reporting
- Analyse financial performance and investigate variances
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes
- Prepare and post journals including accruals, prepayments, and adjustments
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Review inventory reconciliations and stock valuations
- Reconcile intercompany balances across multiple entities
- Review VAT submissions and supporting reconciliations
- Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and process improvements
Requirements
- ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent qualification (part qualified with strong experience considered)
- Minimum 4 years' accounting experience
- Experience preparing monthly management accounts
- Strong balance sheet reconciliation experience
- Experience with multi company accounting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Must already hold a valid UAE residence visa

About the Role
- Seeking a hands on Management Accountant to support the CFO in managing finance operations of a growing international group across UK, Ireland, Poland, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly management accounts, assist with consolidated reporting, analyse variances, support budgeting and forecasting.
- Month End Close: Prepare journals, perform balance sheet reconciliations, ensure timely month end reporting.
- Inventory & Cost Accounting: Review inventory reconciliations, analyse movements, support controls.
- Intercompany Accounting: Reconcile intercompany balances, resolve differences, support cross border accounting.
- VAT & Compliance: Review VAT submissions, assist with audits and compliance across jurisdictions.
- Systems & Process Improvement: Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, improve processes and internal controls.
Requirements
- Essential: ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent; minimum 4 years' experience; experience in monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliation, multi company accounting; advanced Excel.
- Highly Desirable: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, inventory accounting, multi currency accounting, intercompany accounting, UK and European VAT exposure.
- Personal Attributes: Attention to detail, independent work, analytical, communication, proactive, commercially minded.
