Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for finance and accounting workflows, including configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement
- Handle day to day accounting tasks such as general ledger entries, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and month end and year end closing procedures
- Prepare financial reports and analyses, supporting budgeting and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards
- Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and management teams to translate business needs into effective Business Central processes
- Troubleshoot system issues, train internal users, and support process documentation and audits
Requirements
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams, document processes clearly, and provide user training on Business Central
- Proven experience as an Accountant or Contract Accountant, with hands on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month end/year end closing processes
- High proficiency with Excel and other financial analysis tools; ability to work with large data sets and reconciliations
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) is an advantage

Role Overview
- This is a 2 months, full time, hybrid role based in Dubai for a Business Central Expert Contract Accountant.
