- Develop and maintain a pipeline of project cargo opportunities
- Manage customer visits and build strong client relationships across the Middle East
- Coordinate tenders and prepare commercial bids
- Plan, execute, and monitor project logistics from inquiry to final delivery
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk assessments
- Coordinate with carriers, vessel owners, agents, vendors, and internal teams
- Negotiate freight rates and service contracts
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and local laws
- Oversee handling of oversized, breakbulk, flat rack, and oil field equipment
- Manage project costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Logistics or related field preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in project logistics or heavy lift operations
- Experience handling oversized cargo, breakbulk, flat racks, and special equipment
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Manager / Assistant Manager – Projects to manage and execute complex logistics projects involving special equipment, flat rack, breakbulk, oversized cargo, and oil & gas equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of project cargo opportunities.
- Manage customer visits and build strong client relationships across the Middle East.
