Company Overview

  • Seeking a proactive, dynamic, and results driven Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and market the company's services to prospective clients.
  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media outreach, and lead generation activities.
  • Understand client needs, address concerns, negotiate pricing and service terms, and successfully close sales to meet monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, secure repeat business, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Create engaging advertisements, marketing materials, banners, and social media content to promote company services.
  • Manage and regularly update company social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
  • Provide professional customer support by responding to inquiries and maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Coordinate travel and tourism related services and client requirements when needed.
  • Handle inquiries and coordination related to Real Estate services, including property leasing and sales.
  • Assist clients with Business Setup Services, including company formation, licensing, and PRO services.
  • Support day to day business operations, coordination activities, and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and follow ups.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Must hold a valid Freelance Visa.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator is mandatory.
  • Experience in creating social media content and managing digital platforms.
  • Experience in Travel & Tourism coordination is preferred.
  • Background in Real Estate and Business Setup services will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude.
  • Self motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in handling administrative and coordination responsibilities.
