- Promote and market the company's services to prospective clients
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and social media outreach
- Understand client needs, negotiate pricing and service terms, and close sales to meet targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling
- Create engaging advertisements, marketing materials, and social media content
- Manage and update company social media platforms
- Provide professional customer support and respond to inquiries
- Coordinate travel and tourism related services and client requirements
- Handle inquiries related to Real Estate services and Business Setup services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Must hold a valid Freelance Visa
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator is mandatory
- Experience in creating social media content and managing digital platforms
- Experience in Travel & Tourism coordination is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and market the company's services to prospective clients.
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, social media outreach, and lead generation activities.
- Understand client needs, address concerns, negotiate pricing and service terms, and successfully close sales to meet monthly and annual targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, secure repeat business, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Create engaging advertisements, marketing materials, banners, and social media content to promote company services.
- Manage and regularly update company social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Provide professional customer support by responding to inquiries and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Coordinate travel and tourism related services and client requirements when needed.
- Handle inquiries and coordination related to Real Estate services, including property leasing and sales.
- Assist clients with Business Setup Services, including company formation, licensing, and PRO services.
- Support day to day business operations, coordination activities, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and follow ups.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Must hold a valid Freelance Visa.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator is mandatory.
- Experience in creating social media content and managing digital platforms.
- Experience in Travel & Tourism coordination is preferred.
- Background in Real Estate and Business Setup services will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude.
- Self motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in handling administrative and coordination responsibilities.
