Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calling, social media outreach, networking, and lead generation activities
- Identify client needs, negotiate pricing and service terms, and close sales to meet monthly and annual targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities
- Create engaging advertisements, marketing materials, banners, and social media content to promote company services
- Manage and update company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels
- Provide professional customer support by responding to inquiries and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Coordinate travel and tourism related services and client requirements when needed
- Handle inquiries and coordination related to Real Estate services, including property leasing and sales
- Assist clients with Business Setup Services, including company formation, licensing, and PRO services
- Support day to day business operations, coordination activities, and promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and follow ups
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Valid Husband Visa or Freelance Visa
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator
- Experience in creating social media content and managing digital platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Self motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in handling administrative and coordination responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator is mandatory.
- Experience in creating social media content and managing digital platforms.
- Experience in Travel & Tourism coordination is preferred.
- Background in Real Estate and Business Setup services will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and positive attitude.
- Self motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in handling administrative and coordination responsibilities.
