- Administer first aid and CPR as necessary, demonstrating proficiency in emergency response and life-saving techniques.
- Conduct regular safety checks on pool equipment and facilities, reporting any hazards or maintenance needs to management promptly.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations consistently to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons.
- Provide swim instruction and water safety education to guests of various age groups and skill levels, enhancing their swimming abilities.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on lifesaving techniques and emergency response protocols.
- Assist in organizing and supervising recreational activities and swim events, contributing to a positive community atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness around the pool area, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
- Communicate effectively with patrons, addressing their concerns and questions with professionalism and courtesy.
- Prepare and submit incident reports accurately and promptly, ensuring proper documentation of any emergencies or accidents.
