Prime Group is looking for a Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day repairs and turnovers, helping deliver a well-maintained, move-in-ready experience for every resident.
Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance duties and repairs in an upscale apartment community, ensuring timely turnaround time for leasing units.
The Maintenance Technician will work with the Business Manager, coordinating and managing all necessary project resources from start to finish, on time and within budget, in a highly collaborative environment.
What You'Ll Do
Including but not limited to:
- Perform essential maintenance duties, including but not limited to painting, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
- Perform daily grounds keeping, pressure cleaning, and cleaning and organizing apartment units when needed
- Efficiently complete resident service tickets
- Communicate effectively in writing and in person, representing the integrity and philosophy of the Company
