Job Purpose
Manage all financial tasks for Prime Group of Companies and contribute to its overall growth strategy.
Support continuous improvement in financial and funding resource deployment and brand positioning.
Financial Strategy and Planning
- Develop Prime Group’s financial strategy and establish accounting and funding principles.
- Contribute to institution-wide growth strategy, executive planning, decision-making, sustainability, and organic growth.
- Develop short- and long-term finance plans, annual operating plans, and departmental KPIs.
- Oversee budget development and make resource allocation recommendations across institutions.
Process, Risk, and Resources
- Develop a planned approach to business process improvements and sponsor large-scale change projects.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial risk management policies and procedures.
- Develop a resourcing plan for the finance department.
- Contribute to executive committee initiatives involving offerings, business planning, and budgeting.
Organizational Development
- Manage team performance requirements to ensure agreed performance outcomes are achieved.
- Ensure team members understand and comply with Prime Group policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage employee turnover and unplanned absences against agreed measures.
- Contribute to institution-wide resource planning and capability building.
Financial Performance and Compliance
- Lead efforts to develop financial stability.
- Oversee the delivery of change projects.
- Achieve financial targets including sustainability, cost control, revenue improvement, and profit maximization.
- Ensure compliance with local and national government, regulatory, and partnership requirements.
- Deploy third-party service providers as required.
Role Requirements
- Ability to lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Ability to manage team performance and departmental resourcing.
- Ability to ensure compliance with government, regulatory, and partnership requirements.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 12,000–15,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
