Role Overview
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections for equipment, machinery, facilities, and technical systems.

Maintenance Operations
- Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, facilities, and technical systems.
- Inspect equipment, diagnose faults, complete repairs, and respond to breakdowns or emergency maintenance requests.
- Replace defective components, wiring, fittings, and other equipment elements when required.
Reliability and Records
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential failures or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, spare parts, and equipment conditions.
- Support root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurring failures.
Coordination and Safety
- Assist with installation, commissioning, relocation, and upgrades of machinery and technical equipment.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and other technical teams when specialized support is required.
- Follow safety procedures, manufacturer recommendations, and company requirements while maintaining a clean work area.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Engineer, Equipment Technician, or similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or industrial maintenance systems.
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing machinery, equipment, or facility systems.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, and maintenance documentation.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Relevant technical education is preferred; CMMS familiarity and maintenance certifications are advantageous.

- The role offers exposure to industrial equipment, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, reliability, and facility operations.
- Career progression may include senior technician, supervisor, engineer, reliability, manager, or facilities manager roles.
