Role Overview

Strategy and Advisory Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term growth objectives.
• Identify strategic priorities, business challenges, and growth opportunities with executives and leadership teams.
• Develop strategic recommendations, business plans, transformation roadmaps, and growth initiatives.
• Provide executive-level insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue growth, operational efficiency, market expansion, and organizational performance.

Analysis and Performance

• Conduct business, market, competitor, and organizational performance analysis.
• Evaluate business models, operational processes, organizational structures, and performance metrics.
• Develop KPIs, performance frameworks, management dashboards, and strategic measurement systems.
• Conduct industry and market research on trends, risks, competitive developments, and new opportunities.

Leadership and Transformation

• Support leadership teams with management, performance, and organizational development strategies.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions, executive workshops, leadership meetings, and business reviews.
• Support transformation, change management, restructuring, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop business cases, executive presentations, strategic reports, and management recommendations.

Collaboration and Relationships

• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Marketing, HR, Technology, and other departments on strategic initiatives.
• Monitor strategic-plan implementation and recommend adjustments based on business performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives, clients, business leaders, and strategic partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in business strategy, management consulting, leadership consulting, organizational development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of corporate strategy, business growth, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.
• Experience working with senior executives, management teams, or corporate clients.
• Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, problem-solving, communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with strategic planning, organizational transformation, change management, or performance optimization is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required; BI and strategic planning tools are advantageous.
• Strong project management and organizational skills are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, economics, finance, strategy, organizational development, or a related field is preferred.
• An MBA or professional certification in strategy, management consulting, leadership, or project management is an advantage.
