Proper handling/management of chemicals and hazardous waste
Work with EH&S team to ensure OSHA and state requirements
Implement new equipment and improve process flow
Develop standard work and shop floor procedures
Chemical milling solution analysis and reporting
Solution adjustment parameters and monitoring of etch rates.
Responsible for storing and handling all Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) appropriately to prevent unauthorized access, dissemination, or use of this information or documentation.
Support all visitor and security policies to protect ITAR/EAR/CMMC/CUI information, documents, product, etc. from unauthorized access by informing management immediately of any concerns.
Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.
Performs other duties as assigned including leading projects and participation in project committees

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must be able to comply with specific safety policies. Read and understand internal procedures and policies. Understand and follow through on both verbal and written instructions. Team oriented with a continuous improvement outlook.
