Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar, focused on park facilities, urban planning, and management.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations within park facilities, ensuring that all equipment and public spaces are operating efficiently, safely, and are aesthetically pleasing.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities for park facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for park equipment, landscaping, and recreational facilities to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of park facilities to identify maintenance needs and prioritize tasks based on community feedback and usage patterns.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and support to enhance their skills and performance in urban park management.
- Manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost effective solutions while maintaining high quality standards in park facilities.
- Collaborate with urban planning teams and other departments to plan and execute maintenance projects that align with community objectives and enhance park usability.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing policies and procedures to promote a safe environment for park visitors and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment history, to ensure transparency and accountability.

Preferred Candidate
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role within park facilities or urban management.
