Maintenance Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities while supporting a technical team in a fast-paced production environment. We are looking for a hands-on individual with a strong technical background who can act as a floor-level resource for the team while managing priorities, coordinating maintenance activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate daily maintenance department activities;

Plan, organize, and follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance work;

Prepare maintenance interventions by coordinating resources, parts, equipment, and downtime requirements;

Supervise work performed by mechanics, electromechanics, and external contractors;

Provide technical support to the team during complex troubleshooting situations and actively participate in problem-solving;

Manage urgent breakdowns effectively to minimize production downtime;

Participate in the onboarding, training, and development of maintenance employees;

Maintain and improve preventive maintenance programs;

Identify continuous improvement opportunities and contribute to equipment and process optimization;

Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and internal procedures;

Work closely with production teams to support smooth operations;

Actively participate in planning and monitoring improvement projects.
