What You’ll Do

Operate various CNC machines.

Support the CNC programming team by making minor adjustments and performing regular quality checks.

Troubleshoot machines and equipment to quickly and safely resolve production issues.

Conduct inspections to ensure products meet company quality standards.

Meet daily production goals and deadlines.

Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Perform any other tasks assigned to support the team.

What You Bring

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proven experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing setting.

Knowledge of machine safety procedures, including Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO).

Ability to make real-time adjustments and follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

A collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn and grow.
