Maintenance Supervisor

High school diploma or GED required.

• Technical trade certification, post-secondary technical education, or equivalent combination of maintenance experience and technical training.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in industrial maintenance, including experience leading maintenance personnel or coordinating maintenance activities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to provide technical guidance, training, and day-to-day direction to maintenance personnel.
• Working knowledge of maintenance management software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
• Understanding of applicable safety requirements and regulations, including OSHA standards.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position requires frequent walking and standing throughout the manufacturing facility to support maintenance operations and respond to equipment issues.

The role regularly involves inspecting equipment and may occasionally require bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, and lifting tools or materials.
