About the Role

Responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and re order parts when reaching specified re ordering levels in coordination with maintenance managers
- Ensure all store transactions are updated daily on the store inventory system
- Liaise with POC, MuBuy, Suppliers, and Finance team to manage procurement of materials and services related to maintenance requirements
- Coordinate with customs clearance team for clearance of shipments related to SP and Maintenance function
- Identify slow moving and obsolete items and liaise with Maintenance managers and Finance Dept.
- Ensure implementation of strict requirements of COSO/SOX
- Manage administration issues: Timesheets, following procedures, implementing maintenance software, safety inspections and OHS policies
- Track all stored operating supplies/materials and deliver reports to concerned department heads
- Implement, sustain and participate in continual improvement of OH&S Management System
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse/inventory and spare parts management
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Good command of English language
- General knowledge and ability to use computers (MS Office applications)
- Quality and Food Safety (QFS) systems and policies knowledge
- Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) systems and policies knowledge
- Team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible in tolerating changes and accepting new ideas

Responsibilities
- The overall responsibility to maintain Engineering store as per given SOP.
- Ensure the implementation of all relevant policies and standards; EHS, GMP, QFS standards.
- Monitor stocks levels and re order parts when reaching the specified re ordering levels.
- Closely monitoring stock movement and sending timely reports to maintenance Managers.
- Ensure all store transactions are updated daily on the store inventory system.
- Creating codes for new items in coordination with maintenance managers and IT department.
- Checking the monthly and yearly inventory process execution and results.
- Liaison with POC, MuBuy, Suppliers (local and imported) & Finance team to manage procurement.
- Coordinate with customs clearance team for clearance of shipments.
- Tracking of all stored operating supplies/ materials, and deliver reports to concerned department heads.
- Identifying slow moving and obsolete items and liaises with Maintenance managers and Finance Dept.
- The total management of administration issues: Timesheets, following procedures, implementing & using maintenance software, safety inspections and OHS policies.
Qualifications
- Can coordinate interaction between different departments
- Experience in warehouse/ inventory and spare parts management
- Must Have good knowledge in using SAP
- Team player
- Have good written communication skills
- Have a general knowledge and ability to use computers (MS office applications).
