We are hiring a full-time permanent Maintenance Shift Lead position working out of Regina, SK .
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will play an important role in maintaining the safe, reliable , and efficient operation of the Regina Wastewater Treatment Plant.
Leveraging your maintenance expertise and leadership skills, you will support a team of skilled trades and maintenance professionals while helping ensure equipment, systems, and processes perform at their best.
Working closely with the Team Lead and Operations Manager, you will coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities, provide day-to-day guidance to staff, and contribute to a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Through your leadership and technical knowledge, you will help deliver essential services that support regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and the long-term reliability of the plant.
