Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance reliability, asset management, or facilities management
- Strong skills in reliability analysis, root cause failure analysis (RCFA), and use of maintenance methodologies such as TPM, RCM, or preventive and predictive maintenance
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or EAM solutions
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial) or a related technical field
- Ability to work on site in Dubai

Role Description
- Develop and implement reliability strategies to ensure optimal performance and availability of facility assets and equipment.
- Monitor equipment condition, analyze failure trends, and coordinate preventive and predictive maintenance plans with internal teams and external service providers.
- Review maintenance work orders, set reliability KPIs, validate maintenance standards, and identify opportunities to improve asset lifecycle and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with operations, safety, and procurement teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, manage spare parts strategies, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance reliability, asset management, or facilities management, preferably in a complex or highly regulated environment.
- Strong skills in reliability analysis, root cause failure analysis (RCFA), and use of maintenance methodologies such as TPM, RCM, or preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Proficiency in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or EAM solutions, and the ability to interpret technical documentation and equipment manuals.
- Solid understanding of safety, quality, and compliance standards related to facility operations and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial) or a related technical field; relevant professional certifications in maintenance or reliability are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a part time capacity.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with technicians, contractors, and management in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai and adapt to evolving operational needs and project requirements.
