Requirements
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices, with experience partnering with leadership as a strategic HR advisor.
- Proficiency in developing, interpreting, and implementing HR Policies that support organizational objectives and compliance.
- Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, including coaching managers, resolving workplace concerns, and fostering an inclusive environment.
- Working knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, with the ability to apply legal requirements to HR decisions.
- Hands on experience with Performance Management processes, including setting KPIs, conducting reviews, and supporting development plans.
- Excellent communication, consultation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, including the use of HR data and metrics to inform decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Role Description
- This is a part time, hybrid HR Business Partner role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home.
- The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals and supporting workforce planning.
- Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and updating HR policies, advising on employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

Qualifications
