Maintenance Planner

The Maintenance Planner is responsible for scheduling, planning, and coordinating all maintenance activities to optimise resources, equipment reliability, and plant availability.

Works closely with Maintenance Supervisor and Manager to deliver preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.

Develop and maintain short, medium, and long-term maintenance schedules.

Prioritise work orders and allocate labour and resources effectively.

Support shutdown planning and delivery of capital maintenance programs.

Administer the CMMS, including work orders, preventive maintenance programs, asset data, and job plans.

Maintain accurate records, update job plans, and ensure high data integrity.

Generate reports and analyse KPIs to drive performance improvement.

Coordinate weekly planning meetings with Maintenance Supervisor and Production teams.

Ensure parts, materials, tools, permits, and access are available for scheduled work.

Coordinate and manage regular contractors for routine servicing and compliance-based maintenance.

Support urgent breakdown response and schedule adjustments.
