Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Supervise daily chiller operations across beef and lamb production.
- Coordinate carcass movement between Harvest, Chillers and Boning.
- Ensure correct product grading, segregation and inventory accuracy.
- Oversee export preparation, bagging and labelling requirements.
- Manage spray chilling system performance.
- Lead, train and support chiller team members.
- Coordinate cleaning, hygiene and maintenance activities.
- Liaise with Production, QA, Export and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, WHS and export standards.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a supervisory role within meat processing, FMCG or food manufacturing.
