About Wynn Al Marjan Island
Wynn Al Marjan Island is an integrated beachside resort in the United Arab Emirates scheduled to open in Spring 2027.
The resort is planned to include 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa.
The property is currently under construction on an island in the Arabian Gulf.
Position Overview
The resort is seeking a Maintenance Manager - Transportation Shuttle for its Transportation Shuttle team.
The role is responsible for luxury fleet readiness, maintenance operations, technical quality, and operational support.
Fleet and Workshop Operations
- Develop preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance programs for luxury vehicles.
- Maintain fleet availability, reduce VOR rates and downtime, and establish maintenance KPIs.
- Lead internal and external workshop operations in accordance with OEM standards.
- Supervise technicians, inspectors, workshop coordinators, and workshop staff.
- Validate diagnoses for high-value vehicles and coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and repair facilities.
- Negotiate service agreements, parts pricing, warranties, and recall processes.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and post-maintenance quality checks.
