Role Overview
The Houston Packing Facility is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Maintenance Technician / Equipment & Inventory Coordinator to support daily maintenance operations and oversee the maintenance inventory room.
This position combines hands-on mechanical maintenance with responsibility for managing maintenance tools, parts, supplies, and equipment.
The successful candidate will perform basic maintenance duties, support equipment reliability, maintain accurate inventory records, administer tool check-in/check-out procedures, and ensure the maintenance shop and inventory areas remain clean, organized, and efficient.
The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical experience, 1-2 years of electrical aptitude, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
