Logistics Coordinator

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and effective communication among carriers, warehouses, suppliers, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders.

This role supports supply chain operations by tracking shipments, resolving transportation issues, managing logistics documentation, and coordinating import/export activities in compliance with U.S. regulations.

• Track and trace inbound and outbound orders from origin through final delivery.
• Ensure trucks are loaded, dispatched, in transit, and delivered according to schedule.
• Monitor shipments and proactively identify and address potential delays, including weather disruptions, loading issues, traffic conditions, highway closures, and carrier-related concerns.
• Communicate shipment status, delays, and discrepancies to buyers, sales teams, warehouses, and other stakeholders.
• Schedule accurate and timely arrivals and departures of shipments.
• Assign loads to approved carriers as needed.
