Job Summary
Responsible for all Security Systems operation, maintenance work execution, testing, and hand-over to Clients.
Ensure that all required infra-structure needs are available/ready and this cover: Networking, CCTV, ACS, IDS and power requirements to ensure smooth operations of all systems on site.
Key Results Areas (Kras) And Responsibilities
Off shore Maintenance Engineer deployment in Basra
Fault Monitoring & Resolution
Monitor fault logs, identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and report findings.
Stakeholder Coordination
Work with clients, IT, and other teams to resolve faults and ensure proper system functioning.
System Maintenance
Maintain firmware, security patches, and configurations for optimized performance.
Records & Reporting
Keep detailed records of faults, PPMs, and Callouts.
Security Management
Ensure network security measures are implemented and maintain security systems and user protocols.
Training & Enhancements
Advise clients on system upgrades and provide refresher training as needed.
Operational Oversight
Monitor system performance, handle routine operations, and supervise technicians during implementation and repairs.
Education
- **Required:**
- Bachelor's in electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, or IT with a Physics background.
- **Certifications:**
- Cisco CCNA, CCNP, BCNE, CCTV (Milestone, Genetec, Axis), ACS (LENEL, KERISYS, PAXTON), Biometrics, Barriers, Bollards, Road blockers, Spike bumps, ANPR, video analytics.
Work Experience
- **Required:**
- 3 years of experience in security systems across total or turn-around projects.
