Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Presales Coordinator to support our Presales team in managing CRM activities, proposal documentation, tender submissions, and administrative coordination.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in the ELV, Security Systems, ICT, or Technology industry and be comfortable coordinating with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update CRM records, opportunities, and account information.
- Support the preparation of proposals, tenders, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate presales requirements with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and IT teams.
- Manage departmental records, archives, and document control.
- Follow up on opportunity status updates and internal action items.
- Coordinate with suppliers for pricing requests and supporting documentation.
- Assist Presales Engineers in proposal preparation and submission activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Presales Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience in the ELV, Security Systems, ICT, or Technology industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proposal documentation.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
