Maintenance Engineer

Based in Henderson the Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimising maintenance strategies for complex maritime and defence assets using Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), and Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) methodologies. The role delivers maintenance plans, technical documentation, resource analyses, and engineering assessments that improve asset availability, reliability, and life-cycle cost performance. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Maintenance Engineer supports maintenance delivery, engineering change activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure safe and effective operational outcomes.

Develop maintenance strategies and task requirements using RCM and FMECA methodologies.

Define maintenance task resources, skill levels, frequencies, and labour hour estimates.

Produce ILS deliverables, including maintenance plans, technical manuals, work instructions, and analysis reports.
