What’s Involved
Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HSE management systems and processes.
Partner with leaders and stakeholders to ensure HSE requirements are understood and effectively applied.
Conduct assurance and audit activities aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
Analyse HSE data and reporting metrics to support informed decision-making.
Lead or support incident investigations and corrective action programs.
Develop management plans, procedures and reporting frameworks.
Provide coaching, guidance and safety leadership across the business.
Support ongoing compliance with contractual, legislative and organisational HSE requirements
Essential
Tertiary qualification in Work Health and Safety, Environmental Management or a related discipline
Minimum five years’ experience in HSE advisory roles within high-risk environments.
Demonstrated experience leading incident investigations and management system audits.
Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards and best practice.
Strong reporting, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
Eligibility for a Defence Security Clearance
Desirable
Qualification in Management, Leadership or Project Management.
Experience participating in ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification audits
