- Support compliance with safety and quality standards
- Assist with planning maintenance budgets and optimizing resource utilization
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes
Requirements
- Skills in Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance
- Skills in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management
- Supervisory Skills to guide maintenance teams and coordinate contractors
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field preferred
- Experience in facilities or industrial maintenance coordination, ideally within MEP or similar environments
- Strong organizational, documentation, and reporting skills
- Working knowledge of maintenance software or CMMS systems and basic MS Office skills
- Awareness of health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Effective communication and collaboration skills

Role Description
- The Maintenance Coordinator is a full time, on site role based in Sharjah.
- Coordinate day to day maintenance activities, including scheduling and tracking preventive and corrective maintenance for equipment and facilities.
- Liaise with maintenance teams, suppliers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of work orders and minimal downtime.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, monitor spare parts inventory, and support compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Assist with planning maintenance budgets, optimizing resource utilization, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Skills in Equipment Maintenance and general Maintenance.
- Skills in Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Management.
- Supervisory Skills to guide maintenance teams, coordinate contractors, and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
